What is Topflight Insurance Solutions?
Topflight is a boutique field marketing organization (FMO) for independent Medicare, health, life and annuity agents. Agents contract with top carriers through Topflight and get training, marketing, a back office and a community called The Tribe.
Do Topflight agents own their book of business?
Yes, from day one. Contracts are independent, there are no vesting schedules and no contract-length requirements, and your clients and renewals stay yours.
How are Topflight agents paid?
Street level. For Medicare Advantage you receive what carriers pay street-level agents, usually paid directly by the carrier, and Topflight does not take a cut. Overrides for downlines are published in the 2027 commission guide.
What training does Topflight provide?
Topflight University holds 118+ on-demand webinars and a 3.5-hour New Agent Bootcamp, plus weekly live coaching, Friday open Q&A and one-on-one time with your upline.
Does Topflight accept every agent who applies?
No. Taking on an agent is an investment of time and resources, so Topflight looks for a mutual fit on culture, values and growth goals before contracting.
