What happens after I submit the contracting application?

You schedule a one-on-one Google Meet opportunity call. Topflight asks to see your prospecting and appointment calendars, your current production, your vision for the business and what you are not getting from your current upline.

Does Topflight accept every agent who applies?

No. Taking on a new agent is an investment of time and resources, so Topflight looks for a mutual fit on culture, values and growth goals before contracting.

Is there a contract length or vesting schedule?

No. Contracts are independent, there is no vesting schedule and no contract-length requirement, and releases are granted January 2 to August 31.
