Getting certified to sell Marketplace plans
Every agent completes the CMS Federally-facilitated Marketplace registration and training at cms.gov. If you sell in one of the 22 states that run their own Marketplace, you also complete that state’s certification. The location pages on this site show which path applies in each state.

Why agents add ACA to a Medicare book
Under-65 clients age into Medicare. Families need dental, life and final expense. An ACA book feeds every other product line, and the Open Enrollment window from November 1 to January 15 sits right beside the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.
