How Medicare contracting works at Topflight
Most Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement carriers are requested through your Spark Advisors account. Geisinger, Independence BCBS and Jefferson Health go through Pinnacle, and Physicians Mutual is requested through your immediate upline at Topflight.
Adding a state for a Medicare Advantage carrier generally takes a minimum of 3 days and can take up to a week. Medicare Supplement timelines depend on the carrier and the state.
- Medicare Advantage and MAPD, including D-SNP and C-SNP plans where the carrier offers them
- Medicare Supplement with Bankers Fidelity, Physicians Mutual and other Spark carriers
- Stand-alone Part D prescription drug plans
- Referral fees of $100 per Medicare Advantage and $25 per PDP enrollment
2027 compensation at a glance
CMS sets the maximum a carrier can pay. For 2027 the national MAPD maximum is $725 initial and $363 renewal. California and New Jersey pay $902 and $451, and Connecticut, Pennsylvania and DC pay $816 and $408. Part D is $130 initial and $65 renewal.
